Q1: Are you a factory or a trade company?

Q2: How many days can I get the products if I placed purchase order?
Reply: In general, about 1-3 working days for Sample and ready stock;
15 working days for production order after receiving order deposit.

Q6: Can I print my Logo?
Reply: No problem, Logo printed is free for order of more than 100pcs. OEM is acceptable.
Q7: How does your factory do regarding QC?
Reply: Quality is priority, we are always pay more attention on quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. What's more, our company got CE, FCC, ROSH, China policy system certificates of all products.
Q8: How many faces I could storage?
Reply: Our device support 10000-20000 faces and we have memories could increase if you required.
Q9: Can we add users from PC and software?
Reply: Yes, we offer the management software after order confirmed and the instruction will offered accordingly.
Q10: What is the recognition distance?
Reply: 1-2 meters.
Q11: Is the device waterproof?
Reply: It depends on which model use, some could use outdoors but some can't.
Q12: what is the communication mode and recognition mode?
Reply: TCP/IP communication mode, Recognition mode can be Face/card. And it also includes Wiegand output, alarm input and output, door-magnet, lock, tamper, exit button and so on.
